Podiatry Laser Course

As a requirement of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration process, registered Podiatrists are required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per year. Let us help you do that.

Do this if you are a podiatrist or clinician providing podiatry services using laser technology to treat such conditions as onychomycosis and verruca vulgaris. This course may also assist in podiatry practice accreditation. This course covers laser physics, systems, regulation, safety and clinical practice.

How long does it take?

CPD Points 8

Up to eight hours at your own pace, in your own time and you can take as long as you like to do it. This course meets eight hours of continuing professional development (CPD) when applied according to relevant AHPRA guidelines. Continuing professional development is the means by which members of the profession maintain, improve and broaden their knowledge, expertise and competence, and develop the personal and professional qualities required throughout their professional lives.

The Government of Western Australia Radiological Council; Tasmanian Government Radiation Protection Unit; Queensland Government Radiation Health (ED260).
